Garrett Simon

Garrett Simon, a licensed real estate broker with Telluride Real Estate Corp. since 2004. In 2005 he was awarded with Rookie of the Year for his first year of real estate by the Telluride Association of Realtors.

A Florida native, Garrett attended the University of South Alabama where he played NCAA Division 1 soccer for the top 10 seeded Jaguars. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of science and shortly after moved to Telluride in 1997.
He has consistently been a top producing agent for the Telluride Real Estate Corp. and was awarded with Broker of Year in 2014.

Garrett has been the top 3 broker in sales of listings over the past two years.
With lots of competition out there Garrett attributes his success to knowledge of the local market by personally touring all the properties in the MLS located within the Town of Telluride and Mountain Village.
